Day 19

I recently spoke at a college chapel service and I think the bottom fell out for some and the roof blew off for others.  God was there!  The call to purity—as holiness, not as legalism; as honoring God was delivered.  The call to prayer as a sweet time of transparently pouring out ones heart to the God who loves you was understood and grasped.  And the call to purpose—knowing that we ARE the Great Commission stirred incentive in many who might have been apathetic and lethargic.  I was SO encouraged.  So I encourage you today…to consider the end of this 21 Day Challenge as the beginning of a lifelong commitment to prayer, purity and purpose…

I am convinced that it is the small decisions that “make” a man or woman.  Discipline is a willingness to endure the race, persevere in prayer, or keep an oath even when it hurts, we become stronger in Christ.  And when we do breakthrough our busyness to come and sit before the King’s searchlight every day…He will be there to speak truth to us, to give us our marching orders, and direct the hours of our day.

Record today how has God met you, changed you…spoken to you over the past 19 days.

Prayer Commitment—30 Minutes a day in Prayer and Bible for 21 Days?

Purity Commitment:  Not to touch or look at another person’s private parts, except your spouse (and if you’re not married, that means…no one)?

Purpose—to lead one person to Christ in the next 21 Days.
